At CodPages, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. This policy explains our refund process.

1. Credit Purchases

Purchases of credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, due to the non-returnable nature of digital usage credits.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds.

3. Exceptions

If there is a billing error, technical issue preventing usage of the platform, or duplicate charge, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge for a potential refund.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
